Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 10 oz. or 2 1/2 cups chopped Baby Bella mushrooms, or 1 cup of your favorite dried mushrooms soaked with one cup water. Add the water with the soaked mushroom to the mix
  • 1 cup walnuts, soaked 4-8hrs, drained and rinsed
  • 3 TBSP tamari

Directions:

  • Blend in a high powered blender until hot, approx. 4 minutes
  • Serve immediately
  • Garnish with pimentos and capers, or chopped sun dried tomatoes and parsley
  • Keeps in the refrigerator up to 4 days
