- Aradia Farm Fresh Ham*
- Dry Rub
- - Paprika
- - Garlic Powder
- - Sea Salt
- - Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- If the skin is still on the ham, cut the skin off. Don’t throw away – it will be used!
- Coat the ham in the dry rub. Place in the slow cooker and cover with the skin.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Cook for 10 hrs (9 lb ham) on low. Smaller hams (or roasts) will take less time.
*Note: The ham comes from the hind leg of a pig. Fresh ham is a ham that has not been smoked and therefore has no added flavors. It is most comparable to a shoulder roast, but leaner.
