Artisan/Artisanal

Definition:

Generally, these terms mean that the product was made by hand with great care and high-quality ingredients. They are most frequently applied to items like bread, chocolate, cheese, vinegars and jam.

Example of Artisan/Artisanal:

The passion for food have inspired several bakers to shift from mass manufacturing of breads towards artisanal production. Instead of producing thousands of breads using machineries, artisan bakers chooses to hand made the bread with much love and care.
